Bob Keyes

Has owned and operated one of the most successful baseball schools in the country since 1984. Over the past 22 years through professional instruction, prospects camps and leagues he has helped over two hundred athletes to get drafted by the major league teams and over one thousand athletes to be recruited to play in college. Bob also owns Bio Kinetics: Research and Development in which he applies computer and video technology with the laws of Bio- mechanics, exercise physiology, and motor learning to the improvement of baseball performance. With Bio-Kinetics he has worked with several professional clubs towards collecting the only 3-dimentional bio-mechanical database taken from live Major League competition. In the late nineties and early 2000 Bob was also a private consultant for the New York Mets in where he was assigned to work with both Major and Minor league pitchers and hitters regarding mechanics.

Kent Norris

Managed the Utah Baseball Academy for the past 12 Years. He is also the Southwest Regional Commissioner of the AAU for the past 2 years and the State AAU Commissioner for the past 5. Besides those he was the American Legion Commissioner for the State of Utah for 13 years. He has been Associate Scout for the Texas Rangers, Florida Marlins, and the Houston Astro’s. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science where he also played Baseball for the college. After that he was a math teacher at Granger High School for six years where he coached the Baseball team for four of those years and won the league all four years plus winning State two of those years. Then he moved on to Alta High School where he coached their Legion program for eight years and was State Legion Champion for two of those years. |

Tom Shaw

| Coach Shaw has over 15 years of experience in developing speed, flexibility, and strength conditioning programs in football, track, and baseball. A graduate of Central Michigan University (CMU), Shaw went on to complete a Master's degree at CMU and later completed coursework toward a PhD at Florida State University. Coach Shaw has written for ESPN, Sports Illustrated, and USA Today along with several academic journals. Shaw has produced 3 videos on speed, vertical, and jumping. Since 2001, Shaw has been the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 3 time Super Bowl Champions, the New England Patriots. Before working with the Patriots, Coach Shaw worked in the same position with the New Orleans Saints. Coach Shaw has worked with 64 first-round draft picks in the past 7 years. Keith Chatelain

Trained with and for Coach Tom Shaw for 8 years during entire high school, collegiate, and professional career. At Tom Shaw Performance trained some of the best athletes in all of professional sports. Played and started for 4 years at the University of Kentucky and then played for the San Francisco 49ers and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Currently working with Tom Shaw, Bob Keyes, BIO-Kinetics and SPARQ in developing new techniques in testing and training Baseball players. |
